I am a doctoral-level clinician with specialized training and experience in health psychology and behavioral medicine, chronic pain, substance use, and culturally responsive care. I hold a PhD and MS in Clinical Psychology, as well as a BS in Cell and Molecular Biology. I have also taught psychopharmacology, chronic pain, and substance use, and have published clinical research and developed assessments for various health conditions.

Before joining Twin Cities Psychological Services, I completed clinical training across medical, outpatient, home-based, and community-based settings, working with individuals experiencing a variety of psychological and health-related concerns.

In my clinical work, I focus on the connection between emotional experience, physical health, and daily functioning to support sustainable improvements in well-being. I aim to create a collaborative space where individuals feel supported in making changes that align with their values. I approach care from a culturally attuned perspective, adapting treatment to each person’s experiences and goals, with attention to broader systems that shape health.

I provide individual therapy for adults navigating challenges related to prioritizing health and making meaningful, sustainable changes. I address concerns such as chronic pain, medical conditions, substance use, anxiety and depression, life-altering events, life transitions, loss, self-worth, relationship trauma, fatigue and burnout, sleep disturbances, values-based decision making, personal fulfillment, and broader stressors that impact daily life. I incorporate evidence-based approaches, including motivational interviewing, cognitive and behavioral strategies, ACT, and biofeedback, as well as interventions targeting stress management, relaxation, sleep, and health behavior change.

I value genuine human connection in the therapeutic process and believe meaningful change develops within a foundation of respect, trust, and collaboration. I approach each therapeutic relationship with integrity, curiosity, and compassion, grounded in a belief in growth and healing. I work with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and lived experiences.
